I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and had a great view, but the noise from a nearby bar kept me up until 2 am. The service was excellent and accommodating, although we had to change rooms twice due to the noise. The location was convenient with lots of restaurants and bars nearby, but the area felt divided. The dining was average, and breakfast started later than expected. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were basic but clean, and I especially enjoyed the balcony-like area for some fresh air in the morning with a beautiful view of the park and mountains of Bogota. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, although there were some minor issues with their hospitality. The location was perfect, surrounded by lively bars and restaurants, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The dining experience was okay, not outstanding, but the freshly baked European bread was a nice touch.
